Do I need to already have a Chup account? +
No. You can create a new account and activate the childminder module straight away. You'll automatically get 14 days free.
Do parents also need a Chup account? +
That's not necessary. You can create a family for parents who don't have an account yet. They'll receive an invitation by email and can claim the family whenever they like. They'll receive daily reports by email regardless.
How many children can I look after? +
Maximum 6 children, in line with the legal standard. Chup automatically takes age limits into account: max 5 children under 4 years old and max 2 under 1 year old. Your own children under 8 count as well.
Does this replace my childminder agency software? +
No. Chup is meant for your own organisation: planning, tracking hours, communication with parents. Administration towards your childminding agency continues to run through their system.
How much does it cost after the trial period? +
The childminder module costs €9.99 per month. This includes full use of Chup for your own family. You can cancel at any time.
