1. About Chup

Chup is a family app developed by Inprovo, based in the Netherlands. By using Chup you agree to these terms.

2. Account and access

To use Chup you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activities under your account. You may not share your account with people outside your family.

As a parent/admin, you are responsible for the accounts of underage family members that you create.

3. Use of the service

Chup is intended for family management: chores, calendar, rewards and communication within your family. You use the app responsibly and not for unlawful purposes.

4. Content

You are responsible for the content you post on Chup (chores, messages, images). We reserve the right to remove content that violates the law or these terms.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep Chup available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We'll announce planned maintenance in advance. Chup is currently in beta; features may change.

6. Prices and payment

Chup offers a free 14-day trial. After that, a paid subscription is needed to keep using the app. Prices are clearly shown before you take them out. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of misuse or violation of these terms, after a warning unless the violation is serious.

8. Liability

Chup is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Chup in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual property

All rights to the Chup software, design and branding remain with Inprovo. Your content remains yours.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
